I'll be upgrading the forums for a bit today, so expect some downtime. The upgrade process today is non-trivial: Migrating an old Discourse install to Docker. Also, the IP will be changing to better support the Docker instance.
If you can read this, the upgrade is complete and you are now using the new UHACC instance!
